iamkimkong’s signature sound is a captivating blend of sleek and soulful house music with a vibrant energy. Her sets feature an electronic foundation while incorporating recognizable influences from RnB and hip hop culture, resulting in a seamless and rhythmic narrative with spot-on track selection.

Born and raised in Germany with Korean origins, Susanna aka iamkimkong has established herself as a respected curator and tastemaker in Berlin over the past few years in the worlds of fashion, art and music. She’s performing regularly at Berlin’s top clubs such as Renate, Paloma Bar, and Kater Blau, as well as bringing her energy to cities worldwide playing at renowned spots like New York’s The Lot Radio, Jupiter Disco as well as Nightmoves. 

Moreover, since 2022, Susanna has been contributing her talents as a music curator to the famous electronic music show, Club Sandwich, which airs on Berlin’s esteemed radio station, Flux FM. In the last three years, she has also released several remixes and original tracks, further solidifying her position as a rising act in the electronic music scene.

Her childhood in classical music education preceded her entryway into a love of music and DJing, culminating in her first residency at Berlin’s acknowledged club Prince Charles. In parallel, she has made a name for herself in the fashion scene by creating various runway show mixes for designers and playing for notable magazines. iamkimkong has shared the decks with DJ Boring, Lunice, Diplo, Jael.
